The purpose of community partnerships is bringing together representative bodies and people to make sure that the priorities of their local population are identified, recognised and progressed.
Community partnership steering groups have been established, linking together a variety of individuals and organisations to represent the local population, data packs produced to instigate broad and relevant conversations and non-recurrent funding found to accelerate transformation projects that aim specifically to tackle local priorities.
