Partners across Cheshire West and Chester are using this questionnaire to find out about the physical activity levels, attitudes and behaviours of residents, as well as the opportunities that exist to support residents to become more physically active. The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete and you can quit at any time. As a thank you for completing the survey, you will be entered into a prize draw to win a three month Brio Leisure passes - there are four passes up for grabs! To enter, you will need to enter your email address at the end of the survey - if you don't wish to enter the prize draw you do not need to provide this information.
Find out moreResidents across Cheshire and Merseyside are being urged to make their voices heard and help shape the future of local GP and health services by taking part in a new survey launched by Healthwatch. Plans to improve patient access to primary care services were launched in spring 2024. We want to see what change, if any, people have noticed since then in their experience of GP services. The survey, open to all residents, will allow individuals to share their personal experiences of using or attempting to use, GP services in the past 12 months. The information gathered will be used to identify gaps in services, highlight areas of improvement, and provide recommendations directly to service commissioners, ensuring that the voice of the community is reflected in service planning and delivery.
