Community Advice Team Leader - Citizens Advice Cheshire West

The opportunity
Citizens Advice Cheshire West have an exciting opportunity for an organised and enthusiastic team leader to work as part of their Community Advice team, supervising and providing leadership and guidance to a new community volunteer team situated in various locations throughout the district.

This is a new and exciting community project part-funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

As well as being responsible for the smooth running of the service, you will provide feedback, support and encouragement to volunteers to aid their development and ensure the information provided to clients is accurate, appropriate and recorded correctly.

The ideal candidate
This is a forward thinking, energetic role with lots of face to face interactions. Ideally, you will have proven experience of team supervision preferably within the third sector and experience of working within a fast paced environment handling administration/information systems and client interactions. You must have excellent communication and organisational skills.
