Disability Rights Adviser - Citizens Advice Cheshire West

Citizens Advice Cheshire West looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Disability Rights Adviser to join our Community Advice Team, providing specialist advice and support to people with disabilities and long-term health conditions.

Funded by the Jackie Farrington Legacy (a former volunteer with lived experience of living with a disability), this project will combine direct client support with service development working closely with our Business Development & Relationship Manager to establish effective partnerships with GP practice staff to make sure referrals reach those most in need.

You’ll work in GP practices across Winsford and Northwich, with some home visits and opportunities to work from home. Regular travel across the area is required.
