Cheshire Dance is looking for a General Manager to work closely with the Director and wider team to bring its artistic vision to life, while making sure the organisation has long-term stability and financial resilience.

You’ll lead the Administrative team, report to the Director and collaborate across the team to make sure there are smooth day-to-day operations.
You’ll manage the planning, evaluation, policy review and human resource processes and be collaborating with team members on driving positive brand awareness, supporting stakeholder events and making sure there is financial control.
This senior role in charity administration role requires at least five years of relevant experience, ideally in the arts or non-profit sectors.
