Health and Wellbeing Lead - Brio Leisure CIC

This role will provide operational management of Brio’s Wellbeing programmes, which focusses on improving people’s health, contributing to reducing health inequality and supporting people to change their health behaviours across Cheshire West and Chester.

You will be responsible for line managing a number of Wellbeing staff, the operational mobilisation and delivery of programmes, performance management linked to contract specifications and monitoring the effectiveness and impact that we are having on the lives of the residents and communities we support.

You will work closely with the Smoking Cessation Lead to ensure both service user and key partner needs are met.
