Relationship Manager - Cheshire Community Foundation

Cheshire Community Foundation are seeking a passionate and motivated Relationship Manager to join their dynamic team. This role involves donor stewardship, fundraising, grant-making, and grant management. You will inspire philanthropic giving, manage partnerships, and ensure the effective distribution of grants to support local charities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with fund holders and donors to ensure satisfaction and encourage ongoing giving.
• Organise donor visits and produce impact reports.
• Manage grant applications, assess and recommend grant funds, and ensure compliance with contract conditions.
• Use Salesforce for reporting and data management.
• Collaborate with the finance team to prepare financial reports.
• Represent the Foundation at external events and assist in publicising successful grants.
