Senior Project Officer - TCV (The Conservation Volunteers)

TCV are managing agents for the The Land Trust site Port Sunlight River Park. TCV are currently seeking to recruit a Senior Project Officer, predominantly to manage day to day operations at the park, and also deliver other TCV activities across Cheshire and Merseyside as needed.

Duties will include:

– Delivering the management plan for Port Sunlight River Park and Courthouse Woods with support from TCV staff and volunteers, including recruiting volunteers and running practical conservation activities
– Managing the running of the Heritage Centre within the park
– Supporting partner charity Autism Together to run the park café
– Building relationships with local organisations to enhance the park and it’s activities
– Liaising with The Land Trust and completing report writing duties
– Secure additional funding to add value to the park and report to funders
