Service Manager - Mid Cheshire Mind

We are looking for a new manager to lead the organisation as it looks to support the mental wellbeing of more local people by building on their strengths, overcoming obstacles and helping them to become more in control of their lives.

Mid Cheshire Mind is at an exciting time in its history. In 2023 we moved into a new high street mental wellbeing hub in Winsford Cross Shopping Centre. From here, we provide a range of services including 1:1 counselling, mental wellbeing coaching and peer support groups.

Our new manager could come from a wide range of backgrounds. Whether you are an experienced counsellor looking for a management position, have a voluntary sector or business background and are looking for a new role with a genuine purpose to support local people.
