Halton and St Helens Voluntary and Community Action is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its Healthy and Home Service in St Helens.

• 2 x Healthy and Home Link Worker (St Helens) – 36 hours per week – salary of £26,413 per annum
• Healthy and Home Support Worker (St Helens) – 20 hours per week – salary of £12,698 per annum
