Job Description: We are seeking a passionate individual to join our kitchen café team as a Weekend Kitchen Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a love for cooking, excellent people skills and the ability to work independently while also managing a diverse team. As a Weekend Kitchen Supervisor, you will ensure the smooth operation of our café during weekends. Your responsibilities will include:
• Preparing and cooking meals to our high standards using locally sourced ingredients.
• Working alongside and supporting volunteers to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
• Welcoming and engaging with café patrons.
• Building rapport with volunteers, centre users and the public to create a friendly and inclusive
environment.
• Managing and supervising the kitchen team to ensure adherence to food safety standards.
