– Understand what tools are out there than can support us with ADHD.
– Explore recommended practices and routines to mitigate unwanted effects of ADHD.
– Learn techniques to enhance focus, emotional control, and overall well-being.
We all make judgments, and learn how this can impact how successful we are in carrying out our voluntary roles. Remember - your brain processes about 11 million pieces of information per second… yet you’re only consciously aware of about 40!
