Protecting your mental health is essential, not only to perform your role effectively but also to live a fulfilling life. That’s why we’ve created this workshop: to provide practical tips and techniques that help you stay happy, healthy, and in control, even during times of stress.
We all make judgments, and learn how this can impact how successful we are in carrying out our voluntary roles. Remember - your brain processes about 11 million pieces of information per second… yet you’re only consciously aware of about 40!
