This Assertiveness session aims to help you communicate with different personalities & challenging situations with confidence.
Being assertive is a behaviour trait that simply allows you to communicate confidently to express your views in a straightforward manner whilst respecting the opinions of others. Learn how to say no and achieve your desired outcome without offending others.
