The aim of this session is to identify the root cause of conflict. How to effectively communicate during a challenging situation, using active listening techniques, “I” statements to express concerns and how we can manage our emotions and apply deescalation strategies more constructively.
A theory of change process encourages us to reflect on our aims and plans, to discuss them with others, and to make them explicit. We see this process as the foundation of charity strategy, evaluation and communication.
