This session is relevant to 3rd sector and charity organisations who wish to understand some core financial principles of Business.

We invite you to join an interactive workshop providing targeted support for 3rd sector organisations using practical exercises, myth busting and using key financial tools to move forward with confidence.

All organisations and their employees need sound financial planning and secure fiscal foundations on which to grow; this session will help you to navigate key tools such as understanding cash flow forecasts and working out profit and loss.

We will be joined by the Charity Bank and an accountant offering their insights and support. Feedback from these sessions has been overwhelmingly positive and of real value to attendees.
