This session aims to identify how to maintain positive boundaries in life, setting clear limits to protect our emotional, mental and physical wellbeing. It will involve challenging our values, how we communicate our needs assertively, and recognising when to say “no” to people or situations that drain you.
A theory of change process encourages us to reflect on our aims and plans, to discuss them with others, and to make them explicit. We see this process as the foundation of charity strategy, evaluation and communication.
