Participants will learn to tailor recruitment efforts, engage volunteers long-term, and develop personalised retention strategies for a strong volunteer program.
CWVA, with funding from the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF), is hosting training on measuring the impact of community sector services. While this will be presented with a focus on community food services, the learning will be applicable for all community sector organisations and services.
