Using mindful techniques you will explore breathwork, practical mindfulness and guided meditations that you can incorporate into your everyday life to help you feel relaxed, refreshed and renewed.

CWVA, with funding from the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF), is hosting training on measuring the impact of community sector services. While this will be presented with a focus on community food services, the learning will be applicable for all community sector organisations and services.
