Leading a charity, while reporting to a board, presents a unique myriad of opportunities and challenges and we are passionate about connecting our network of experts to share experiences together. At the Tough at The Top event, we will encourage you to share these with your peers in a structured networking session. This will be an open forum, led by the attendees, and will provide a real opportunity to speak openly and honestly about some recent challenges, as well as share some successes and support one another.
Please note – attendees for this event need to be the most senior person in the charity, i.e. Charity Director, Charity Manager or CEO.
