Outlining the emotional and physical importance in maintaining boundaries in the workplace.
This workshop is for volunteers, though volunteer managers or coordinators are also encouraged to attend. Professional boundaries are the limits that help us to develop effective relationships in the workplace, whether this is a volunteer role or a professional role.
This session examines how unconscious bias influences decision-making, interactions, and workplace culture in ways we may not even realise.
