Understanding Volunteer Boundaries – Thursday 7th March 2024 10am – 1pm
Outlining the emotional and physical importance in maintaining boundaries in the workplace.
This workshop is for volunteers, though volunteer managers or coordinators are also encouraged to attend. Professional boundaries are the limits that help us to develop effective relationships in the workplace, whether this is a volunteer role or a professional role.
CWVA, with funding from the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF), is hosting training on measuring the impact of community sector services. While this will be presented with a focus on community food services, the learning will be applicable for all community sector organisations and services.
