Carer Assessments Worker - Cheshire and Warrington Carers Trust

As part of the Better Together team, you will offer assessments to carers referred into the service. Assessments may take place over the phone, in carers’ homes, in the Carers Trust offices or at other locations by arrangement. The Carers Assessments team will also facilitate access to the Care Well Fund and support carers in crisis.
