ROLE
To hold the position of Registered Manager and be directly accountable to both Chester Link and the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
As a key member of the senior management team, work closely with the Chief Officer and Care Co-Ordinator to manage the overall provision of care and support services to agreed standards and within agreed costs and constraints.
Contribute to the design and implementation of company strategy and development plans.
Promote the Chester Link mission, values and strategic direction and support the business plan.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that the service meets and exceeds the CQC Quality Statements and Key Questions of the new Single Assessment Framework, whilst ensuring that service users are supported to lead the lives they choose as far as they are able.
Ensure that the service maintains a high-quality provision to service users which enables individuals within their personal care/support budget.
Be responsible for the safe delivery of services in line with legislative requirements and company policies and procedures.
Take part in the on-call rota and be available during emergency situations.
