Volunteer Co-ordinator - Cheshire, Halton and Warrington Race Equality Centre (CHAWREC)

We seek a motivated individual with strong people skills to join our staff team and spearhead the development of our volunteering program. Candidates should have prior experience in the voluntary and community sector, with a deep appreciation for the significance of volunteering and preferably, experience in volunteer or staff management. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of volunteering best practices and be capable of devising new policies and procedures to enhance our volunteering initiatives.
