Michael Mitchell is the Volunteering Development Officer at CWVA.
He already has plenty of experience in the community sector as he also works with St Mary’s Handbridge Centre and was previously involved with Retreat House. As Volunteering Development Officer, Michael will provide support for volunteer managers, or those responsible for volunteering, at community sector organisations across west Cheshire. He will also be able to provide any support you need to use CWVA’s volunteering platform, which offers the chance for you to advertise your volunteering opportunities and manage your volunteers through timesheets and other tools.
Michael enjoys spending time outdoors, including hiking and cycling. He also loves travelling, exploring new places with his wife, watching ‘mobster’ films, and cooking big bowls of pasta.
