Ryan is the Communication Lead at CWVA, managing our different communication channels to make sure we’re engaging with community sector organisations and other key stakeholders as effectively as possible.
He supports CWVA two days a week as part of a buy-back agreement with Cheshire West and Chester Council, spending the other three days of his week working on Council communication campaigns.
Before his involvement with CWVA, Ryan hadn’t worked in the community sector, but he is now regularly inspired by the stories he hears about the generosity and dedicated support offered by charities and community groups. He is passionate about spreading the word about the sector.
In his spare time, Ryan likes to explore the world and watch plenty of sport. He has to deal with the constant frustration that comes with being a Bolton Wanderers season ticket holder, although the good times are returning (he really should be a pessimist).
