Ryan Gould  - Social Impact and Policy Lead

Ryan is the Social Impact and Policy Lead at CWVA, taking a lead on communications, social impact and policy. 

The key parts of Ryan’s role include:

• making sure we communicate with all our key stakeholders effectively through our various communication channels
• measuring the social value and impact of both CWVA and the community sector to highlight the difference we make, helping to lever more funding and opportunities into the community sector
• monitoring the latest policy changes and upcoming developments so CWVA and the community sector can adapt and respond as effectively as possible.

Ryan loves working in the community sector and is excited to see what opportunities might arise in the coming years.

In his spare time, Ryan likes to explore the world and watch plenty of sport. He has to deal with the constant frustration that comes with being a Bolton Wanderers season ticket holder, although the good times are returning (he really should be a pessimist).
